You can open and check your order with the courier at the door. Refunds are only available at the time of delivery if you choose not to accept the order.
If your piece has any manufacturing defect , you have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or refund.
The piece must be in its original Reefi packaging and in the same condition it arrived.
